When you place an order through our website, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received your order.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Paragon Forge UK is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to:

  • Products becoming unavailable.
  • Pricing or listing errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment authorisation issues.
  • Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Where payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).

Bridgemill Smith Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT, therefore VAT is not charged separately on orders.

Prices may change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, photographs and specifications accurately represent the products we sell.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.
  • Minor manufacturing variations may occur.
  • Product specifications may change as improvements are introduced.

These variations do not constitute product defects.

5. Trading Card & Collectibles Disclaimer

Paragon Forge UK products are designed to help store, display and transport trading cards and other collectibles during normal, intended use.

While our products are designed with protection, durability and everyday use in mind, no carrying or storage solution can guarantee complete protection against damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, excessive force, environmental conditions, theft, loss, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring valuable collectibles are handled, stored and transported appropriately for their individual circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described. However, Bridgemill Smith Ltd and Paragon Forge UK cannot accept responsibility for damage to trading cards or other collectibles resulting from misuse of our products or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Shipping

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only.

Although we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Paragon Forge UK.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgemill Smith Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
